Prices are based on short sleeved polo shirts in both youth and adult sizes.  No extra for individual student name to be printed.  Prices are ex gst, freight and any design fees.  Standard design fees for a new design is $85 +gst.  We can do small repeat orders.  Please contact us for details.

Yes! We offer bonus Year 6 polo shirts for free when you order 30 or more school leaver shirts. Simply quote BONUS2026 when placing your order to take advantage of this offer. The number of free shirts you’re eligible for depends on the size of your order—check our price list on this page for full details.

Sublimation polos are either 100% micromesh polyester (standard price) at 165gsm or a heavier weight cotton-backed polyester.

We understand that sometimes new students enrol after your order has been delivered, or need a different size.  So we do offer a service for reorders for 5 or more. See our price list for prices.  It usually takes around six weeks to dispatch from placing your reorder.

We have a minimum quantity of 5 shirts per order.  We understand that new students may join the school and do our best to accommodate them with a new shirt.

From sign-off on your digital proof and deposit, your order will be dispatched in around 6 weeks.  Please allow a longer delivery time if you live in a regional area or if you are ordering in the peak period of December & Janaury.

We deliver Australia-wide.  Just ask for a quote on freight as it does vary depending on your location.

Our year 6 school leaver polos are available in a few different styles, including short and long sleeve styles in both a raglan sleeve or set-in sleeve.  Choose from our popular classic polyester micromesh fabric in a light-medium weight or a cotton backed 60% polyester/40% cotton in a heavier weight fabric.

Choose from our huge range of popular ready made Year 6 polo shirt designs personalised and customised with your colours and logo.  Be creative and run a competition for students to design their own – just send us their designs (sketches are fine) and we’ll turn it into professional artwork for a fee of around $125+gst.

We also offer a full design service for a fee and would love to work with you to create an awesome and unique design.  Many schools like to get students to vote on their favourite design.

As our Year 6 shirts and jerseys are fully printed, we offer personalisation with individual student names (yes, nicknames too) along with a list of the student cohort.  Have one, or the other, or both all for no extra cost!  For school shirt designs that feature a complex design of student names (think names inside the year or in a circle pattern or the year) then design fees apply.  Ask us for details.

Before we move into production of your Year 6 Senior shirts, polo shirts and jerseys, a digital proof is supplied so you can check and sign-off to ensure details are correct.  The proof includes a digital image of the artwork plus the PMS colours (if requested) and a list of sizes, quantities and names.  We don’t start anything until your school shirt proof is checked and approved to safe guard against any accidental errors.

Our payment terms are 50% deposit on ordering and the balance within 7 days of delivery.  Payment can be made by direct bank transfer (details are on the invoice) or by credit card via Stripe.  Note that Stripe do charge transaction fees.

To help you select the perfect size for your Year 6 leavers’ polo shirts, we offer a standard size guide specifically for Year 6 shirts. You can view the size guide here . To make it even easier for schools to ensure the correct fit, we provide a free sample set of try-on polo shirts. Schools can use these to check sizing, and they simply need to return the samples at their cost within 14 days. If the samples are not returned within this timeframe, a charge of $45 per shirt, plus GST, will apply.

We also offer customisation options for our school leavers’ wear, such as adjusting the length or width of the polo shirts to suit your needs. Just let us know your specific requirements when contacting us.

For sizing, you can refer to our size guide for detailed measuring instructions. If you’re unsure about the fit, a good tip is to take a polo shirt that fits well, lay it flat, and measure across the front from one underarm seam to the other with a tape measure. Keep the tape measure straight for the most accurate measurement. If you’re still unsure, we recommend ordering a size up to ensure the best fit.
